CREDENTIALS
ACADIA has been accredited by CARF (The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) since 1991 demonstrating that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable. CARF is an independent, not-for-profit organization that evaluates and accredits rehabilitation organizations in the United States and abroad. It is an international symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to quality performance standards. To earn accreditation, an organization must undergo a rigorous evaluation by CARF surveyors every three years.

ACADIA‘s residential facilities are licensed by Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Welfare (DPW). The residential settings are surveyed annually and are required to meet their stringent regulations.

ACADIA is also a member of The Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (PARF), a state-wide organization of rehabilitation providers.
